The National Theatre Opera will present a new production of Luigi Cherubini’s opera Médée, conducted by Robert Jindra, Music Director of the National Theatre Opera. The premiere will take place on 23 and 25 January at the Estates Theatre. Stage director Roland Schwab sees this story of love and revenge not only as a study of crime but also as an exploration of the human subconscious.
