Changes for the performance Much Ado About Nothing in April 10 & 11, 2025

Dear theatre-goers,

please accept our sincere apologies for the changes of Much Ado About Nothing performances in April 10 & 11, 2025.

• Much Ado About Nothing – April 10, 2025 – CANCELLED
  We will return to you the full price of the ticket, and will also be happy to help you with selecting a performance on another date. Tickets need to be returned within 14 days after the former date of the performance.
  
• Much Ado About Nothing – April 11, 2025 – SUBSTITUTE PERFORMANCE – Madame Bovary – April 11, 2025
  The tickets you purchased for the April 11 performance remain valid for the substitute performance. In the event that you have already seen the production, and you will not attend it, or if you are not interested in substitute performance, we will refund you the full price of the ticket/s. Tickets need to be returned within 14 days after the former date of the performance.

TICKET RETURNS
If you purchased your tickets:

By card payment online, through credit transfer or cash on delivery
Send us an email to the address info@narodni-divadlo.cz and after we have received the unused ticket/s, we will pay the price back to your account. In the event of cash on delivery payment, we can either send the amount to you through Czech Post or by means of a credit transfer to your account.

At National Theatre box offices
Upon presenting the unused ticket/s we will refund the full amount at one of our box offices.

At our contractual dealers (ColosseumTicket, Ticketportal)
Please contact directly the respective dealer from which you purchased the ticket/s.
