For Ukraine: Benefit concert to help people afflicted by the war conflict in Ukraine

The National Theatre Opera and the State Opera express support to the people of Ukraine. The National Theatre Chorus and the State Opera Chorus together with the members of the National Theatre Orchestra will perform at the Benefit Concert. The concert takes place on March 1 at 19.00 on Wenceslas Square, Prague.

The concert will be broadcasted live by the Czech TV on the same day from 20.10 on ČT1.

Many Czech artists will perform at the benefit concert; such are Mirai, Chinaski, Pražský výběr, Jaroslav Hutka, Marie Rottrová, Michal Hrůza with the band Hrůzy, Vesna, Olympic, Tomáš Klus and Jiří Kučerovský, Mig 21, Jan Mráček and the Czech Philharmonic.

The program also provides an insight into the current situation in Ukraine or insight into the life of Ukrainians in the Czech Republic. Concert guides are Světlana Witowská and Daniel Stach.
