Dear Customers,

We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing with your online ticket purchases today. Due to technical issues, e-tickets purchased this afternoon, January 17, 2025, will not be delivered via email.

For those who purchased tickets for tonight's performance after 3 PM, we will provide printed tickets at the box office in the theatre building this evening upon presentation of your order number.

If your purchase was made on an earlier date, you will be able to download your tickets from your customer account on the theatre's website once the issue has been resolved.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care department:
