Postponed start of Aida 10/01/25

Dear guests, 
please note that due to technical reasons the start time of tonight's performance of Aida at the State Opera has been changed to 20:00. The door will open at 19:15. If you are unable to attend at the changed time, we will refund your tickets in full. 

For audience members who arrive at the theatre at the original time, an alternate program will be provided free of charge.
Audiences are advised that capacity for the alternate program is limited.

- DRAMATURGICAL INTRODUCTION: 7 p.m., Angelo Neumann Lounge (foyer, 1st balcony)
- GUIDED TOURS OF THE STATE OPERA: Guided tours of the State Opera will take place at 6:45 pm and 7 pm.

Our ushers will provide detailed information about the accompanying programs. We hope that despite this complication, tonight will be an enjoyable musical experience.

Ticket refund policy

Tickets need to be returned within 14 days after the former date of the performance.

If you purchased your tickets:
By card payment online or through credit transfer
You need not do anything; we will refund the amount automatically to your account.

At National Theatre box offices
Upon presenting the valid ticket/s we will refund the amount at one of our box offices.

Cash on delivery
We will contact you. We can either send the amount to you through Czech Post or by
means of a credit transfer to your account.

At our contractual dealers (ColosseumTicket, Ticketportal)
The price will be paid back to you at the place where you purchased the ticket/s.
