Substitute performance for The Beauty and the Beast in December 19, 2024

Dear theatre-goers,

please accept our sincere apologies for the change of The Beauty and the Beast performance in December 19, 2024. The tickets you purchased remain valid for the substitute performance The Nutcracker – A Christmas Carol in December 19, 2024.

In the event that you have already seen the production, and you will not attend it, or if you are not interested in the alternate date, we will refund you the full price of the ticket/s. Tickets need to be returned within 14 days after the former date of the performance.
However, due to the great popularity of this production, we ask all theatre-goers who do not attend the performance for a return of entry as soon as possible.

If you purchased your tickets:

By card payment online, through credit transfer or cash on delivery
Send us an email to the address info@narodni-divadlo.cz and after we have received the unused ticket/s, we will pay the price back to your account. In the event of cash on delivery payment, we can either send the amount to you through Czech Post or by means of a credit transfer to your account.

At National Theatre box offices
Upon presenting the unused ticket/s we will refund the full amount at one of our box offices.

At our contractual dealers (ColosseumTicket, Ticketportal)
Please contact directly the respective dealer from which you purchased the ticket/s.
