Substitute performances for Faust in March–April 2025

Dear theatre-goers,

please accept our sincere apologies for the changes of Faust performances in March–April 2025 – instead of Faust we perform Werther. 

The tickets you purchased remain valid for the substitute performances, which will take place in the same building and at the same time.

If you have already seen the production or are not interested and do not go to the substitute performance, we will refund you the full price of the ticket/s. Tickets need to be returned within 14 days after the former date of the performance.

If you purchased your tickets:

By card payment online, through credit transfer or cash on delivery
Send us an email to the address info@narodni-divadlo.cz and after we have received the unused ticket/s, we will pay the price back to your account. In the event of cash on delivery payment, we can either send the amount to you through Czech Post or by means of a credit transfer to your account.

At National Theatre box offices
Upon presenting the unused ticket/s we will refund the full amount at one of our box offices.

At our contractual dealers (ColosseumTicket, Ticketportal)
Please contact directly the respective dealer from which you purchased the ticket/s.
