Elena, channels her talent not only into performance but also into choreography and teaching. In 2024, she won the prestigious Young Creation Award at the Prix de Lausanne.
Born near Paris, France, she began her ballet training at the age of 4. In September 2014, she moved to Mougins/Cannes to continue her studies at the Pôle National Supérieur de Danse Rosella Hightower. In her final year of studies in 2023, she danced for half a season with the Cannes Youth Ballet before joining the Czech National Ballet’s corps de ballet in Prague.
During her training, Elena participated in several prestigious galas. In March 2022, she performed at the Gala des Hivernales in Liège, organized by Marie Doutrepont, where she danced the Gamzatti variation from Act II of La Bayadère and the Raymonda variation from Act III of Raymonda. In summer 2020, she took part in the Ridanzeremo gala alongside dancers from Teatro San Carlo. The gala took place in Naples (July 30 – August 1) and Cecina (August 5–6), where Elena performed the Pas d’esclave from Le Corsaire and an extract from L’orchestre de Mozart by Jean-Sébastien Colau and Vincenzo Veneruso.
As part of the Czech National Ballet, Elena has performed in a variety of classical and contemporary works. Her repertoire includes A Streetcar Named Desire by John Neumeier, La Fille Mal Gardée by Frederick Ashton, Onegin, Romeo and Juliet, and Swan Lake by John Cranko, Cinderella by Jean-Christophe Maillot, and La Sylphide by Johan Kobborg. She has also appeared in the triple bill Beyond Vibrations in Marco Goecke’s Fly Paper Bird and in the program Forsythe/Clug/McGregor.
As the winner of the Young Creation Award at the 2024 Prix de Lausanne, Elena is coaching her award-winning contemporary variation Tout va bien? for the 52nd edition of this prestigious competition.
