MgA. Eva Kejkrtová Měřičková
Biography
Born on 8 October 1957, Měřičková graduated from the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) in 1986 where she studied Arts Management.
Between 1986 and 1987 she worked in sales at Zdeněk Nejedlý’s Realistic Theatre.
In 1987 she was the first director of the Delta Klub, operating as part of the Prague 6 House of Arts.
In 1990 she became head of the Prague 6 House of Arts which was later renamed Spektrum K.
She helped establish the Dejvice Theatre, then part of the Spektrum K association. Dejvice Theatre later incorporated the Delta Klub music stage, Kaštan art centre, and Rosénka children’s folk ensemble. Měřičková acted as its managing director until 2019.
In 2002–2008 she lectured at DAMU’s Department of Arts Management.
She is a member of the committee of the Association of Professional Theatres of the Czech Republic.
