Ukrainian tenor Valentyn Dytiuk made his National Theatre Opera debut on Febr. 10, 2023 as Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly). He graduated from Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine in Kyiv in 2014 and in the same year he became the soloist of the National Opera of Ukraine in Kiyv. He has guest appeared in the Deutsche Oper Berlin (title role in Faust and Arrigo in I vespri siciliani), Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv (Riccardo / Gustavo III in Un ballo in maschera, Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly and Young Gypsy in Aleko), Palau de les Arts in Valencia (Vaudemont in Iolanta), Teatro Regio in Torino (Rodolfo in La bohème), Teatro Verdi in Salerno (Duca in Rigoletto and Nemorino in L’elisir d’amore), Estonian National Opera in Tallinn (Roméo in Roméo et Juliette and Alfredo in La traviata) and Teatro Filarmonico in Verona (Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly), among others.
