Vít Šantora

Tenor Vít Šantora made his debut at the National Theatre Opera in October 2016 as Jaffett in Britten's Noye's Fludde. Since then, he has guest-starred as Curzio (Le nozze di Figaro), The Ridicule (The Love for Three Oranges), The Second Nobleman of Brabant (Lohengrin), Pulcinell (Flammen), The Fourth harvestman (Libuše), The Marschallin’s Major-Domo (Der Rosenkavalier) and The Executioner (Schwanda, the Bagpiper). Vít Šantora studied at the Conservatoire in Teplice under Jitka Slavíčková and the Academy of Music in Prague under Ivan Kusnjer and also attended master classes in Mißlareuth with bass Thomas Thomaschke. He has also guest appeared at the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava and the Silesian Theatre in Opava and is involved in concert activities.
