About

This year’s 56th Annual Golden Prague International Television Festival will be kicked off by a concert dedicated to exceptional women and girls who provide the world of music with not only beauty, but also exceptional musical performances. During the gala evening, sopranos Martina Janková and Kateřina Knežíková, violinist Olga Šroubková, violoncellist Terezie Kovalová, harpist Kateřina Englichová, organist and pianist Katta, horn player Kateřina Javůrková, composer, singer, lyricist, producer and artist Vladivojna La Chia and the extraordinarily talented nine-year-old pianist Klára Gibišová will perform. The mentioned ladies will be accompanied by the Ambroš Ladies Orchestra. The evening will be hosted by Libor Bouček, who will act as our guide through each composition and interview the performers, giving the audience the chance to hear interesting stories about their music and their lives. Opening concert broadcast live by Czech Television on the CT art cultural channel.

Where to buy tickets

The National Theatre sells tickets up to 6 months in advance. We are currently selling tickets for performances of Drama, Ballet, Opera and Laterna magika taking place in November 2024 – April 2025.


When purchasing online, you can get an e-ticket. You can pick up printed tickets in person at the box offices of the National Theatre.

What to wear?

By their appearance, attire and behaviour, the audience is obliged to adhere to the accustomed practice expected from them when attending a theatre performance.

Parking at the National Theater

While visiting The National Theatre and the New Stage you can use again the underground car park of the National Theatre. Information and a parking fee.

 

Buffets on the New Stage

Use Café Nona for refreshments on the New Stage.
